Archer Tower – Renovations

Archer Tower is a 15-story high-rise apartment building located in Downtown Denver and features breathtaking mountain and cityscape views.

Centerre replaced all windows on the 15th floor, converted the penthouse into a fitness center, community laundry room, and yoga studio. New mechanical systems included seven new rooftop units. Scope of work also include painting of all windows on the exterior of the high-rise.
