Forum Apartments is a 10-story occupied high-rise renovation updating the finishes in 101 units and corridors on all ten floors as well as completing energy efficient mechanical and electrical upgrades for the building. A significant portion of the MEP upgrades included electrifying the building and converting it from the City & County of Denver steam loop system to electric.
