Glenmoor Country Club – Golf Clubhouse Renovation

Centerre completed renovations of all interior spaces of Glenmoor Country Club’s 45,000 sf golf clubhouse including a complete demolition of the finished interior, upgrading all core mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications systems and changes that revised flow patterns to provide a new “classic-resort feel”. A multifunctional banquet room, meeting facility, fine dining restaurant, bar, fitness facility, men’s and women’s locker rooms, restrooms and pro-shop received all new finishes, millwork, and furnishings. Also included in the scope of work was the addition of a new display-style kitchen featuring rotisserie and pizza ovens, new children’s activity room, massage rooms, bar, and a new interconnecting staircase that provided a focal point to the main lobby while allowing a more functional way to navigate the clubhouse.

Complicating the schedule, work in the building had to be completed while over 400 Glenmoor members and guests occupied the clubhouse. Therefore, Centerre divided the clubhouse consisting of three levels – banquet, pool, and lockers – into two phases.
