Hi Country Haus – Recreation Center

Nestled along the Fraser River in Winter Park, Colorado is the Hi Country Haus Condominium Community.

Centerre demoed the existing recreation facility and clubhouse in its entirety and rebuilt a new 10,000 sf facility that included community space, fitness, game room, men’s and women’s locker rooms and office space in its original place. Scope of work also included renovations to indoor pool to include new decking, new pool equipment, and new hot tubs.
