Off Broadway Lofts – Renovation

Off-Broadway Lofts is an occupied renovation of a four-story 81-unit 100,000 square foot, mixed-income, multi-family housing development to provide all new windows, new roof, new elevator, updating the finishes and appliances in units and corridors on all four floors as well as installing a new energy efficient water source heat pump mechanical system with installation of new hydronic boilers, a new Adiabatic cooler, new makeup air units and electrical upgrades for the building.
