Centerra Building Public Space

OVERVIEW

Matador Equity Partners selected Centerre Construction on a negotiated basis to be their general contractor partner for the extensive capital improvements project at the Centerra Building. Centerre worked closely with their architect, Acquilano, for several months of preconstruction to develop a detailed pricing menu of various options, allowing Matador to select specific scopes of work, knowing the associated costs, and making precise and informed decisions on how to best allocate their dollars and achieve the greatest return.

The project scope of work included renovations to the main building lobby, corridor renovations, a conference center, a new fitness center and locker rooms, restrooms, and offices. The work was completed during business hours in an occupied office, and Centerre worked closely with management to ensure that building tenants could safely access their place of business and continue working throughout the construction duration.
