The project is phased and encompasses an extensive overhaul of the 127,000 SF shopping center located at a prominent corner at University and Arapahoe in Centennial, CO. The main improvement of the façade renovation is to modernize and open it up by removing barriers to increase the visibility of storefront windows at the property to improve the natural sunlight into the retail center, allow people to see into the business to create interest on the street and to present a fresh, appealing face to potential customers or tenants. Interior renovations include white-boxes , and retail tenant finish projects for Ulta and Five Below. The project also includes new lighting, stylish signage, and ADA upgrades to improve customer experience.
