Clear Creek Building Modernization

This project includes the replacement of the HVAC system, the construction of a new boiler room, and the replacement of the electrical service in an unoccupied building on the Community College of Denver campus. Additionally, Centerre upgraded the fire alarm system, replaced the terracotta tile roof, installed a new glazing storefront & curtainwall system, added a new elevator, which included the construction of a new masonry shaft and foundation, renovated the building interior, and completed exterior improvements to the 20,000-square-foot building.
