The renovations at Red Rocks Community College included 9,000 sf of tenant finish in the occupied and functioning college. Renovations were completed to The HUB area and adjacent main entry, the cashier’s office and a classroom-to-offices buildout on a different level of the college. Scope of work included demolition, new construction of walls, ceiling, doors, interior storefront, finishes and configuration to mechanical and electrical systems in the building.
