The Cliffs at 6th Avenue – Re-Skin Project

The re-skin project at The Cliffs included removal of the mansard siding and replacing it with cement board siding on ten three-story apartment buildings in an occupied and functioning apartment complex in Golden, CO. Scope of work also included painting the exterior of buildings, roof repair and vinyl sliding door replacements.
